We have one result from Division 4

The Holly Bush 2 Whitnash Sports and Social Club 4

A James Duffy strike after sixteen minutes put Hollybush in front. Four minutes later and Whitnash were level through Kyah Devonte. Cory Turner then restored the Hollybush advantage seven minutes after that! The second half was a slow burner and it stayed that way until the hour mark when Michael Aulak scored to make it all square again. With ten minutes to go Devonte got his second to give Whitnash the lead and in the last minute Paulo Mota grabbed another to round it off.

And so, to this weekend and we start with the Division 1 Cup 22-23, sponsored by Anthony Eden Gents Hairdresser - Final

Bishops Itchington 1 Leamington Hibernian 0

A close game that everyone expected and there were few chances at either end. A decent crowd turned out to watch and the weather held off. The Kenilworth Sporting pitch was in fine fettle. A fine finger tip save by the Hib’s keeper diverted a goal bound shot onto the crossbar. The second half was just as tight. It took veteran striker Luke Cole coming on as a sub, to break the deadlock. In the seventy fifth minute he latched onto a Crossfield ball from Kasey Smith. He drove into the box and Cole drilled his shot past the keeper into the net. The Hib’s rallied but Bishops held on to take the Trophy. Anthony Eden presented the Cup and medals to the players.
Captain Andy Yeates received the Cup along with daughter Freya who enjoyed the day! (see photo)

Watts added another ten minutes into the second half and Ettington looked down and out. Amine Bouhali pulled one back on the hour mark and he then grabbed another with just two minutes to go.
