Rowan Fitzgerald – Petition for “Rowan’s Law”

By Rob Dent

A message from Liam & Barbara Fitzgerald and The Wilson Family

Rowan was our Grandson and was 7 years old when he was a passenger on the bus which crashed into Sainsbury’s Supermarket in Coventry on 3rd October 2015. Rowan was killed in this tragic accident together with a pedestrian, Dora Hancox, who was hit by the bus as she was crossing the road.

We want to try to change the Law because of this, and we have signed the petition “Limit local bus drivers’ working hours (Rowan’s Law)” and wanted to ask if you would add your name too.

This campaign means a lot to our family and the more support we can get behind it, the better chance we have of succeeding. You can read more and sign the petition here:-
