Presentations.

The First Cpuncil of Clubs meetings took place this week and two presentations took place.

The first presentation was by Ian Sewell as Chairman of the Cancer Cup Cup competition. A cheque for the magnificent amount of £2350.00 was presented to Jeff Reading of Cancer Research. This is the highest amount raised in a single season since the competition started. Jeff said a few words of thanks to the meeting and recieved a warm reception.

The second presentation was by Referees secretary Duncan Mcauley to retiring referee Kevin Hancock who has retired from the whistle after many years service to the League. Kevin has been a well known and respected referee locally for many years and he leaves with our thanks and appreciation.
