League loses a stalwart.

By Mark Rowlatt

Referee's secretary Duncan Macaulay has died.

League Secretary Steve Falp gave out the following statement last night.

It is with a deep regret and sadness that I have to report that the
Leagues Referees Secretary Duncan Macaulay passed away today.

A minute's silence was held before the games played last night, and will be held again on Sunday as a mark of respect.

Duncan had served on the League committee since 1982 and had been a referee on the league for many years before that.

Funeral details will be posted when we have details.

Chadwick End and Bourton and Frankton hold a minute's silence for Duncan Macauley.
