All the results and goals from this week's action.

We start our weekly round-up for Sunday 24 November 2019 with the Cup matches. Another rain affected week but we still have some results to cover. This week that means the Cancer Research UK Charity Invitation Cup 2019-20 - Round 1
Bishops Tachbrook FC 1 Warwick Printing 2
A close affair here and the Printers take the honours to go into the next round. Lewis Timms on target for Bishops but strikes from Niall Thoms and Josh Tiff were enough to take the Warwick lads into the next round.

Blackdown 3 Long Itchington Reserves 1
The difference in League positions (Top of 3 V bottom of 4) was not that obvious here as Blackdown were made to work for this one.
Ryan Oldham put Blackdown ahead on 15 minutes and the lead was doubled 10 minutes later by Jamie Campton. Lee Fletcher pulled on back before half time and the Long Men were still in the hunt. Cameron Coutts popped up 10 minutes into the second half and settled the Blackdown nerves but Long Itch held on and continued to battle. Blackdown go into the hat.

Warwick Boar 6 Khalsa 5 A Cup upset here as Boar battled through to take the honours against their Division 1 opponents, in a real ding dong game. Nicholas Lanau-Atkinson led the Boar charge with a hat-trick. Adam Edwards grabbed a brace and Marc Passey chipped in with the other. Boar go into the hat

Westlea Wanderers 8 Heathcote Athletic 0
Adam Knight with 3 in 25 minutes led the way here. Henry Leaver got the ball rolling on 10 minutes Elliott Powell and Craig Watkin also added before Knight completed his hat-trick just before half time. Shae O'Loughlin and Martin Hutchcox completed the scoring in the second half. Westl;ea progress into the next round.

We move on to League action now and start as usual with Division 1

AFC Warwick 2 Leam Vets 3
A ground swap kept this fixture alive and it was the Vets who made it count. A late surge from AFC with 2 goals from Dan Long on 75 and 85 minutes made it interesting at the end. James Keller had put the Vets ahead on 21 minutes followed by Steven Howkins doubling the lead 13 minutes later. Long got his first with a penalty to get AFC back in the hunt only for Keller to grab his second to restore the two goal advantage. Long grabbed his second which made the last 5 minutes tense, but the Vets held on.
We move on to Division 2
Khalsa Reserves 2 Hampton Magna 4
Khalsa were ahead here after Rickinder Dhaliwal scored on 15 minutes. Joseph Fisher then popped up and stuck a brace away for Magna before half time. Connor Beckinsale then levelled for Khalsa on the hour mark and it was still there to be won. A 70th minute penalty slotted home by Tom Wyatt put Magna ahead and with 5 minutes to go Sunil Nand capped it off.

On to Division 3
VTS Warwick 2 Leamington Hibs Reserves 3
Hibs were 2 – 0 up by 32 minutes here through Ryan Butler and Mitchell Williams, but it wasn’t all plain sailing. Daniel Cornes promptly pulled one back three minutes later to make it interesting. Harry McKay then made it 3 for Hibs, but 2 minutes later Lee Gold struck back for VTS but time had run out.

And Finally on to Division 4
Castle Rangers 1 Whitnash United 4
A brace apiece for Rueben Bastos and Kyle Needham doing the damage here. Jack Marshall with the late consolation for Rangers.

HRI Wellesbourne Res 2 Foresters 2
A very late equalise from Jamie Hickey rescues a point for Foresters here. James Smith and David Dealtry on target for the Veg boys with a Reece Robbins strike for Foresters in between. It looked as though the points were off to Wellesbourne until Hickey struck with a minute to go.

Sands United 1 Stockton 7
Fastest goal of the day here for Ryan Barnard on 7 minutes. His second goal was also the last goal in the game on 81 minutes. Sandwiched in the middle were a Richie Davies hat-trick and goals from Alexander Boulen, and Daniel Brown. Mikey Skelcher with the early consolation for SANDS.
