The latest results round up.

Almost normal service resumed this week. As usual we start with the Cup Competitions

Dynamo Leamington 0 Warwick Cavern 2
Division 1 Cavern were too strong for the Dynamo boys here. But it took two late goals to finish of the Division 2 high flyers. Ryan Oldham and James Cheriton for Cavern to see them into the next round.

Heathcote Athletic 2 HRI Wellesbourne 5

The Veg boys came from behind to turn over Division 2 Heathcote, with Liam Bullimore leading the way with a hat trick. James Bye with a brace for Heathcote, George Crawford and Samuel Pye grabbing the other s for HRI.

Leamington FC Veterans 1 Bishops Itchington 8 (eight)
A solitary James Canning strike for the Vets, but rampant Itchington had too much in the tank. Josh Turton and Tom Cooper bagged a brace each. Jonny Byrne, Jason Bradshaw , Ryan Leahy and Johnny Adair on the sheet as well.

Warwick Boar 2 Lillington Juniors Reserves 3
Luke Pittaway and Jack Cooper on the mark for Boar bur Juniors just had enough in a tight game to take the honours. Jamie Byrne, Christopher McSharry and Robert Williams for the Juniors.

Long Itchington 0 Leek Wootton 4
The Division 2 boys too strong for Division 4 Long Itch. steve Harrison , Matt Legg, Kevin Archibald and Thomas Griffith doing the damage here.

We now turn to League action and as usual we start in Division 1 .

Division 1
Khalsa 1 Westlea Wanderers 4
Luke Warby grabbed a late consolation for Khalsa but the damage had already been done here. Joseph Wright , Tom Friend, Chris Hanrahan and Ryan Billington for Westlea.

Leamington Hibernians 2 Radford Semele 2

A tight mid table clash here and so it proved. Hibs came from behind twice to secure a point. Jack Marsden and Luke Lindsay for Hibs balanced with a brace from Iain Groves.

Division 2
Mid-Warwickshire Police 1 Real Barston 1

Another close one here. Police dominated in the first half but Barston made the most of a quick break away to score, and lead into the second half. The Cops struck back within 3 minutes of the re-start but Barston made a fight of it and it could’ve gone either way towards the end. Lee Owen for the Cops, Oliver Stocks for Barston.


Radford Albion 0 Khalsa Reserves 1

Khalsa Reserves getting their first away win of the season here. Rheece Cleary getting the only goal of the game on 20 minutes.

Division 3

HRI Wellesbourne Reserves 1 Chadwick End 4
A Dale Francis consolation here but Niall Grace stole the show with a hat trick and supported by a Matt Grace effort.

Hampton Magna 1 Athletico Murphy's 2

A late Josh East strike for Magna wasn’t quite enough as Roberto Ciurlia struck on 85 minutes to give Murphy’s the points. David Jones grabbing the other.

Lillington Juniors 5 Grist Mill 4
Mark Hickey getting the fastest hat trick of the season so far inside 15 minutes here. The Velikov boys , Petko and Dimitar added the others as Juniors struggled against the Millers. Dimitar’s 90th minute strike making the difference.

Division 4[b]

Kineton S&SC 2 Barley Mow 4[/b]
A James Keller brace not enough for the Kineton lads as Barley Mow move 5 points clear at the top of Division 4. A Ricardo Benjamin brace supported by Jarni Walker and Jon Crosthwaite doing the damage here.

Stockton 4 Castle Rangers 2
A Ryan Baryard brace , David Trinder and Alexander Boulden on target for Stockton. Rangers strikes from Timothy Jacob and a Paul Saunders penalty.

Warwick Printing 2 Stockton United 0

Cory Turner and Chris Calder grabbing the Printers goals.

Whitnash United 3 Joiners Arms 1

Joiners remain rooted to the foot of the table as Rhys Bufton , Alan Robinson and Jamie Foster cancelled out Hugo Fernandes’s 50th minute effort.
