Council pitch availability

The following notice has been issued by Warwick District Council, over the time limitations and availability of Council pitches as we near the end of the season. Please also take note of the notifications, reference midweek fixtures.

Good morning

Please will you ensure your last game of the season is played by Sunday 13th May. After this date the goal posts will be taken down and renovation of the pitches will begin.

Due to the recent weather conditions please will you also inform us of any mid-week catch up games, we will need to know this by 11am Wednesday the week before, so we can arrange for the pitch to be marked out.

Newbold Comyn Pitches – Sunday 15th April 2018

Please also note the Regency Run 2018 is taking place on Sunday 15th April. If you are due to play in the morning on this date please can you re-arrange for a midday kick-off as the roads leading up to Newbold Comyn will be closed until 10.30am or alternatively, if possible, arrange to play away. Please can you ensure the league websites have the correct information in order for me to collate the correct kick off times and pitches.
