The Weekly Round-up for Sunday 25 February 2018.
We start as usual with the Cup Competitions .

Real Barston 3 Long Itchington 3. A thriller to start where Barston had come from behind twice to lead with 11 minutes left when Robert Chimes popped up to make it 3 all at full time. Dave Banks, Matt Gillett and Dave Jolly for Barston. Elliot Parasmo and Augustine Matsitsiro for the other Long Itch goals. Barston took the tie on pens going through 4-2.

Leamington Hibernians 0 Leamington FC Veterans 0

A close game held to nil – nil at full time. The Vets go through on penalties

Warwick Cavern 3 Dynamo Leamington 0

Josh Shirley grabbed two in 3 minutes to set Cavern on the way, and Scott Hughes grabbed a third before half time to seal the Dynamos fate.

Stockton United 1 Kineton S&SC 4

Four goals for James Keller here and a Ryan Ward penalty for Stockton.

Division 2 Police were too strong for Boar . Colum Nugent grabbing 4, Lee Owen a brace and Nick Walker the odd one to go into Round 2.

Now onto League Action and as usual we start in Division 1

Khalsa 1 HRI Wellesbourne 0
A David Benton strike on 65 minutes the only difference here. Khalsa put the squeeze on at the top, but the others have games in hand.

Division 3
Ettington Rovers 5 Foresters Arms 1.

Charles Reynolds bagged a hat trick with support from Oliver Stephens and Jordan Lewis. Roberto Ciuffini for Foresters consolation.


HRI Wellesbourne Reserves 2 Grist Mill 1

Dale Francis and Arundeep Sodhi on target for the Veg boys

Liberal Club C 3 Chadwick End 2.

An Adam Short 91st minute winner here for Liberals who had already come back from 2-1 down. Jake Murphy and Richard Anthony got the others for Liberals, Niall Grace and debutant Colm Shalvey for Chadwick.

Lillington Juniors 7 Hampton Magna 0 .
David Jones led the way here with a hat trick, Dimitar Velikov grabbed a brace, Mat Holt and Mark Hickey got the others as Juniors took control.

Division 4
Castle Rangers 1 Stockton 3 .

Rangers took the lead here through Conor Warburton only for Stockton to equalise a minute later through Richie Davies. An own goal on 34 mins put Stockton ahead, and George Warrilow sealed it on 75 minutes.
